Born and raised in Eugene, OR, Eric Alexander, Owner of Scandia Hardwood Floors, has 20 years experience exclusively in the craft of hardwood floors. Scandia was established in 2000 and has always been an owner operated business. Eric brings his vast flooring knowledge and experience to each and every job, because he is personally at each and every job.

Our biggest advantage as a small company is our ability to provide our customers with outstanding customer service and quality, and to deliver new and innovative products. We like to think outside of the box, not operate within it. We strive to try new and innovative products for our various floors, this is how we found Wear Max floor finishes. Wear Max offers lifetime wear through warranties for residential use and a three year commercial wear through warranty. No other floor finish offers these warranties! Eric was so impressed with Wear Max finishes, that he went on to be a certified factory trainer & repair technician for Wear Max. He has trained numerous flooring contractors through out the United States & Canada.

Eric's expansive knowledge with Wear Max products and extensive work with hardwood flooring has led to many diverse jobs across the U.S. such as:
